Meet Your Coach - Baylee Davis

Baylee Davis is the founder of Arise and Rejoice Ministries, a Christian coaching and resilience ministry dedicated to helping individuals rise above life’s challenges with strength, hope, and spiritual confidence. A devoted wife, mother of four, and a graduate of the master’s program at Oral Roberts University, Baylee brings both academic insight and lived experience into her work.


Baylee founded Arise and Rejoice Ministries from a deep understanding of how difficult life can be. She believes that life doesn’t simply knock people down—sometimes it beats them up, drains their hope, and leaves them questioning their worth and purpose. Through her own seasons of struggle, Baylee discovered that resilience is not something we muster on our own; it is something God forms within us, especially in our weakest moments.


Rooted in the biblical call to bear one another’s burdens, Baylee is committed to walking alongside those who feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or worn down by the trials of life. She offers practical, faith-centered guidance through Christian coaching to help clients rebuild their resilience, reconnect with God’s truth, and find renewed strength for their journey.


Baylee believes every person is created by God to be resilient—and that no one should have to walk through hardship alone. Through her coaching programs, she provides compassionate support, biblical tools, and empowering strategies for spiritual growth, helping individuals rise, heal, and move forward with renewed hope.
